1. Decide on which image you want to include in your post.
2. Upload the image at
http://bhupenhazarika.markinkalpataru.org/upload/index.php?dir=pic

3. Within your message call that image with [img][/img]

Example : [img]http://www.bhupenhazarika.com/upload/pic/imagename.jpg[/img]

thats it !
